SCHEDULE A PRESENTATION

Thank you for your interest in bringing this wonderful exhibit to your community!

This vehicle was donated by Brenda Menefee in hope that no other family would have to experience the tragic loss that she has. We hope that everyone who views this exhibit will make a commitment or re-affirm their commitment to stop drunk driving.

It is our goal to have this exhibit seen by as many people, and as many young people as possible. Thank you for your interest in bringing this to your community and helping us reach our goal. The 18’ trailer is equipped with the vehicle that Amber was driving the night of the crash and 3 monitors and 3 flat screen tv’s that display the documentary about her life.

There is a request form that must be completed and returned to ensure the exhibit is available for your requested date and time. The fall and spring are busy school times and we encourage you to plan early. If you live outside of Collin County, we will ask that a donation to the “Amber Menefee Mobile Memorial” be made to cover the mileage and expenses of bringing the exhibit to your community. Contact us for more information concerning the donation.

The exhibit can be placed inside or outside. It can be powered by a generator or by electricity.

If you would like to schedule a presentation or support this project, please contact us.
